1. The make over is all about weave and long hair... almost all of them have. Brittani blew me away with her make over. I was expecting Dominique to get a short hair like her pic in the Bees pic.
2. This episode was about style and couture... Lori G. is one of the most prominent stylist to emulate int the world. -- she did the Beverly Hills shoot styling in cycle 15 and i know theres one more, i just cant remember from the past. I love her styling, because its corky and couture, the ones not right but looks good because its not right.
3. I hate Alexandria... Please dont name your children Alexandria... lol
4. Ive noticed that Tyra speaks alot of Ghettoey recently, and she dress slacky not as prepared as the last episodes. I think shes taking this as like her everyday life. - The show
5. My favorites now are Brittani and Hannah... for this shoot - Kesha blew me away. I didnt understand why Alex called first... Its all about the picture, is it?

Right! I know the newest season of the model hit tv series is on, and should probably talk about it now, but let me just break a bit of ice chip on that one for a few, and i must say - and i quote "if theres one thing that ANTM did right, it was and it is Nicole Fox of Cycle 13". Who said 13 isnt lucky?

Notice how she does every model should be doing and she does it best. Tip toeing in all of her pics, soft hands, showing her neck, lines her body and giving that sharp face with an intense eye of emotion. None of it is mediocre - even the cataloged images are stunningly composed with model formula! Learn learn learn!
OMG! Isnt she lovely? Finally, she's on as this week's mentor! I was so excited to see Alek Wek Participating in one of my favorite show in the world. I just didnt expect her to be in it this fast. Well, for those of you who doesnt know Alek Wek here's a few trivia about her.

Who is Alek Wek? (too lazy will quote from wikipedia)
Wek was discovered at an outdoor market in London in 1995 in Crystal Palace, south London,by a Models 1 scout. She first received attention when she appeared in the music video for "GoldenEye" by Tina Turner, in 1995 and from there entered the world of fashion as one of its top models. She was signed to Ford Models in 1996 and was also seen in the "Got 'Til It's Gone" music video by Janet Jackson that year. She was named "Model of the Year" in 1997 by MTV. She was the first African model to appear on the cover of Elle, also in 1997.
Wek also designs a range of designer handbags called "Wek 1933", which are available throughout selected Selfridges department stores. The year refers to the year her father was born. Her inspiration for the designs came from the brass-clasp briefcase carried by her father.

Who is ERIN WASSON?
She's a model of our modern times, 29yo, 5'10, she graces numerous vogue magazine in various countries. elle, marie claire and many more to mentioned. She was discovered by an agent and move to NYC as her father took her to a fashion contest. Shot by most important fashion photographersMario Testino, Patrich Demarchelier, Mikael Thompson, David Sims and Peter Lindbergh. Yes, youve guest it right this cycle will be mentored by supermodels and they will lead this girls into the path of modelhoodsake!
Btw, the casting part of the show had been cut off, models are preselected and hence it give us an idea how intense these competition gonna be, because they need more time for details and cut off unnecessary stuff.

Another cycle is due to air as last weeks sneak peek was launch at CW. The prizes couldnt be anymore higher than last season so Italian Vogue will feature the winner in two of its popular magazine. Not to mention the ever non ending Cover Girl contract $100,000.

I was browsing through my old files with a secondary purpose of eradicating hoarded files, and I came across this images that were taken on Canada's Next Top Model Cycle 3, which is similar to the ones I previously posted today by French photographer Neil Snape. So before I decided to trash it, Ill post it here for future reference.
Look! Stacey Ann is the one with very annoying squeeky voice in Cycle 10 with funky hair. When panel chose Fatima over her despite Fatima's absence in a photoshoot, i thought it was a bit unfair. But all is fair now as shes signed up with a model agency.

Right here we go... while sat on my bedroom having a lap dance with my mac, smelling a citrus fragrance from my next door neighbour, i just cant wait to blog my ANTM favourites.
We all have seen those people making videos in YOUTUBE telling whos who - their favourite this and that on ANTM, so here is my chance and ill have to blah blah blah right now.

MY FAVOURITE ANTM MODEL WINNER IS
MCKEY.
Her real name is Brittany Sullivan. If i could remember correctly, she change her name because there was a few Brittany on that cycle, Cycle 11. What i like about her is her unpredictable win. She started rough but went noticed not by her features but with modelling ability. Plus a pretty sharp face, nice eyes, body and height.
MY FAVOURITE ANTM MODEL IS
I like the odd looking models, am the against all odds type... The ones people dont like... The weird looking and the mischievous. Well, its says my favourite model (singular) but its hard to choose one so i narrow it down to 5, in no particular order... lol, coz there aint no order lol.
RENEE ALWAY - i think because of her bad ass attitude, and vulnerability on the other side, she reminds me of myself, not to mention, she takes stunning pictures. Shes a non obvious good model.
ALLISON HARVARD - lol i enjoy how creepy she look and how she works it to her advantage, she knows very well that her eyes makes her different and heck, she made that far.
MARJORIE CONRAD - a perfect example of a beautiful awkward model. Just love to work with her and see what shes gonna pull out of her sleeves. I love surprises, especially good ones.... I think shes got plenty of those.
HEATHER KUZMICH - well its just amazing how this show could give hope to people like her, the model with Asperger's and seriously, shes pretty amazing!

The final 6 went to Bangkok and one episode challenge was for the model to learn Thai dance.
Furonda didnt know how to dance it... or atleast she claims she forgot how to, because of her nerves.
so what she did, she improvised... Very funny
and she said... "i was in bottom two last week, and i have to amp this up..." lol

SAM in this picture, taken by TYRA looks like a posh ninja model... it works perfectly with clothes. Usually looks adorable in most images she produce but in this picture, it is Awesome!
LAUREN BRIE photo taken by Nigel Barker, was one of my favourite concepts, i can say that this pose had been adopted after this episode was aired. I personally call this the swan pose, and yes, ive seen it used a lot lately.

ANNALEIGH is a figure skater and in this image, its quite obvious that she is a figure skater, combined with the expectation of being a model, she delivered well. She looked so graceful true editorial.
